• Starting the process of Purchase Request, Approval, Purchase Order, etc.
• Create list of suppliers, specifications and delivery times.
• Collaborate with other IT team member
• Manage records of purchases and prices accurately.
• Initiate and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Record and store IT asset inventory data.
• Negotiating prices and support from vendors.
• Coordinate with regional teams regarding the implementation of IT activities.
• Analyze all offers and prices from vendors.
• Coordinate with other stakeholder such as, Finance in order to pay for asset purchases.

Requirements

• Have good time management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate good communication and writing skills
• Experience working closely with third parties and/or suppliers
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Have ability sourcing vendors/third parties
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Procurement in Financial Service industry or related industry
• Must able to communicate in English language both written and verbal
