Hrga Department Head - Retail

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and others
• Partner with Business Leaders to identify organization needs and establish changes to align organization with business dynamics
• Identify and execute training and development needs in this retail company to ensure people capability development
• Lead and manage end-to-end hiring process in this retail company to ensure fulfillment of position according to Man Power Planning
• Ensure all general office support fulfilled and support employee's daily operations

Qualifications

• Min exp 7 years as HR Generalist, at least 3 years in managerial role
• Good preparation
• Have a good communication skill
• Fast response (pro-active)
• Accept to responsibility task
• Exposure in Retail and Consumer Goods
• Good administration / attention to details
• Psychology/Law/HR educational background, certified HR Professional would be an advantage
