We are looking for a talented HRD Manager with a strong background in factory environments who will play a crucial role in fostering a disciplined, performance-driven, and legally compliant work culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives tailored to factory environments, supporting Jangjo's vision, mission, and values.
- Drive a culture of discipline, high performance, and continuous improvement among factory employees.
- Oversee legal compliance in all HR practices, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations specific to factory operations.
- Develop and manage performance evaluation systems, providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers in factory settings.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts targeting candidates with factory experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, with a focus on the unique challenges in factory environments.
- Develop and deliver employee training and development programs specific to factory operations and safety.
- Monitor HR metrics related to factory employees, providing regular reports on trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and tailored to the needs of factory employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in factory settings, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing HR functions in a performance-driven factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to factory operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives tailored to factory environments.
- Experience in the waste management industry is a plus.
