In this position, we open volunteer opportunities to work with The VR Super Store company, which is one of our partner companies.


Details About Opportunity

People in the HR team oversee any people-related needs that arise within the management of the company. They often manage recruiting, hiring and end of contract, as well as onboarding new hires and managing the orientation process to get employees set up in their new roles. HR teams should also keep detailed employee records.

HR executive will manage the sourcing of Volunteers from SkilledUp Life.


What you will do:

As part of the recruiting process, you should help create and posting job descriptions, searching for qualified volunteers to apply for the open positions, screening candidates and conducting interviews.

This responsibility plays a leading role in developing the organization.

Conduct unionized work environments, as helping in strengthening the relationships between managers, supervisors and the employees.


Key Responsibilities

Working with our CEO and the team, your volunteer role includes:

  • Volunteer progress tracking.
  • Offboarding of Volunteers.
  • Sourcing of Volunteers.
  • Publishing of Volunteer Opportunities.
  • Understanding of our Volunteer talent needs.
  • Onboarding of Volunteers.
  • Interviewing of Volunteers.


Education and experience

  • Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in HR or management (preferred)


Skills and requirements

  • Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Undergraduate degree or similar education in human resources.
  • Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
  • Fluent in English
  • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment
  • Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
  • Attention for details.
