Head of Sales and Operations

Location: within radius Bintaro and Tangerang


We are looking for exceptional person with strong background in Business Strategy, Commercial, Business Development, Operation and Finance who wants to revive and build F&B (food and beverage) home industry business, with responsibilities and experiences:


Managerial (Business Strategy and Development)

  • Passionate and interested in F&B business
  • Serial entrepreneur, have strong skill in branding
  • Have experience in F&B business and retail business
  • Strong skill in business leadership, and have experience in managing team
  • Strong ideation for product development and marketing

Operation

  • Strong leadership and active communication with founder and investor
  • Able to supervise daily production and operation from initiation, processing until quality control within team
  • Time punctual and able to work with tight schedule

Finance

  • Able to maintain and update daily accounting records and files
  • Able to create Profit or Loss Statements and Cash Flows
  • Processing and reporting meet in timely manners
  • Strong determination to achieve budget and KPIs
