About Our Client
Our client is a global MNC Company. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they are a premium brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Head of Finance who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

• A major element of the role will require responsibility for all tax matter hence the need to have strong background in Indonesia tax law
• Adherence to local and international statutory requirements and communicating it to the head office as well
• Analysis of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
• Constructing weekly and monthly internal reports, with detailed commentary around commercial implications
• Managing overall Finance, Accounting, ERP System, Tax & Treasury function within the organization
• Construction of Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting
• Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statement
• Introduction and implementation of cost saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business

The Successful Applicant

• Ideally you will have begun your career in a top tier audit firm before making the move into industry. This is not a learning position
• Great communication skill as you will be reporting to the regional team
• Willing to be based in Batam area
• Experienced in dealing with Treasury/Banks and Tax Authorities
• A minimum 15 years experience in Finance / Accounting
• Solid FP&A Experience and knowledge
• Excellent understanding of Indonesia tax law
• Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual who can drive their team and provide directions for the company
• Ideally you have experienced working for an MNC Company with complicated business process and matrix reporting
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred
