Finance Manager Jobs

We're looking for an experienced, highly motivated, manager to be responsible for our Finance and Accounting Team in Bali.

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities for the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, payroll and financial reporting, as well as carrying out financial analysis and providing recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.

You should have astrong accounting background, multidisciplinary problem-solving skills,attention to detailand willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management:Manage and develop the existing accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Cash Flow Management:Manage the company's cash flow by accurately monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable, and forecasting cash needs to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
• Financial Reporting:Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management and villa owners, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including payroll, sales, and income tax. Also ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Accounting:Oversee the company's day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly company and individual villa accounts, payroll, petty cash reconciliation, expense claim system etc.
• Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve financial performance. Provide recommendations to senior management on financial strategy, corporate structure, and tax efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop and maintain the company's annual budget and monthly forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Reporting

• Position is part of the Senior Management Team for the company
• Experienced Tax advisor on monthly retainer to provide tax advice.
• Staff includes an experienced Accounting Manager and a number of Finance, Accounting and HR/Payroll administrators.
• Position will report to the Managing Director

Experience & Skills

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to villa owners and non-financial management.
• Accounting software (Jurnal) and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Google or Windows software (Excel/Google Sheets etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting,with at least5 years of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
