Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Indonesia. This role will report to the Finance Manager in Singapore as well as the Managing Directors of the company . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including payroll , accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The Finance Manager will also provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including training and development
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors
• Manage Indonesia payroll and taxes for employees based in the market
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
• Manage BPJS

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in payroll and BPJS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Experience in the media , technology or software industries preferred
