Freelance Business Development Jobs

We're looking for Business Development professional with previous experience in business development for outsourcing or headhunting agencies will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with companies that use outsourcing or headhunting services. They will utilize their knowledge of the outsourcing or headhunting industry and their experience in building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular reports on business development activities and results
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals with companies that use outsourcing or headhunting services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies that use outsourcing or headhunting services
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and other performance metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the outsourcing or headhunting industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Proven experience in business development for outsourcing or headhunting agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills specifically related to outsourcing or headhunting services.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients who use outsourcing or headhunting services
