What is your mission?

• Oversee the accounting and financial operations of the company, ensuring that they comply with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversight of the monthly payroll including payroll accounting and other statutory payroll compliances.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the outsourced accounting service provider, providing them with guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that deliverables are furnished in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage billing accuracy and promptness of collections of accounts receivables, and timeliness and completeness of accounts payables/accruals/provisions and general ledger of the organization.
• Establish, implement, enforce internal financial control disciplines and compliances to authority level matrix (ALM).
• Office administrative matters like procurement, purchasing.
• Close collaboration with project operations, human resources, Legal, and infrastructure facilities, Info Tech, group finance functions and intragroup finance leaders.
• Work with external tax agents/advisors to ensure adherence with periodic tax, VAT, transfer pricing and any local governmental compliances.
• Generate, interpret and present monthly management reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis of actual versus budget/forecasts/last year. Identify areas of concern from management to local management operations.
• Implementation of key management and finance processes, with emphasis on resource optimization within the team

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in accounting, forecasting & budgeting and cost control, local corporate income taxation and other compliances.
• Fast and responsive, versatile and able to multi-task, handling multiple projects or responsibilities concurrently.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Resourceful in troubleshooting issues is also quite a frequent skill tapped on.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting with knowledge in IFRS accounting.
• Ability to work both alone and within a team and act as a business partner to local operations.
• Fluent in written and oral English to enable professional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders within the group.
• Advanced level of hands-on skills of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Knowledge in dashboarding like Tableau and PowerBI is advantageous though not mandatory.
• Strong integrity, trustworthy and honesty ethic and willing to shoulder responsibility is a must.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience with finance and admin including 2-3 years in external audit.
