Field Coordinator (South Sumatera)

Are you ready to kickstart the agricultural journey with a burst of energy? We're seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Field Coordinator to ensure seamless, high-integrity operations and will be responsible for:

Pre-Planting Season:

• Ensure the high activation of Micro Collectors that has been hired
• Review Micro Collector suitability for credit and exercise good judgment in approving credit approval
• Identify target locations suitable for establishing the company while supporting Activation Coordinator in their search for ideal partners

Planting:

• Monitor MCs cash deposits, following up on those which are offtrack

Harvest:

• Supervise end-of-cycle processes
• Review the suitability of the current market to determine whether a new market should be identified in the next planting cycle
• Manage credit recovery processes, such as deciding whether to give farmers additional time for repayment and MC termination decision

To be the next Field Coordinator, you should have:

• Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills
• Solid understanding of local farming (corn) community
• 2-3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor/Coordinator in supply chain management, agriculture, farming, retail distribution, fast-moving consumer goods
• Target achievement-oriented and data-driven
