Esports Broadcast Manager Jobs

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational gaming developer and publisher in Indonesia an Esports Broadcast Manager with suitable qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the gatekeeper and PIC for all changes to the Esports tournament environment including new implementations.
• Execute as Product Owner and advocate for features and processes that can lead to a more robust esports live service and better spectator experience.
• Be the point of contact for esports streaming operations or any broadcast interrupting issues.
• Design and manage an Esports streaming technical infrastructure that maximizes stability across a large geographic area and optimizes for remote broadcast.
• Help build the global broadcast feeds while ensuring that all broadcast partners are equipped to succeed from pre-production to post production by maintaining streaming distribution channels.
• Work with Production and Engineering to help implement new broadcast technologies and improvements to existing features across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• English capability is a must.
• Knowledge of technological, media, and cultural trends.
• Familiar with E-sport aesthetic execution, tone of voice, and brand.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in live broadcasting or TV production environment with a focus on directing techniques/management.
