Bachelor degree or above, experience in live streaming operation or guild management is preferred;

Possess a strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills.

Bilingual in English and Chinese is required, to communicate with internal stakeholders

Minimum of 2 years experience in live streaming production or studio management

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Manage the set-up of the Studio for live streaming events

Work with team for setup, routing, and operate based on events requirements

Manage post-production tasks such as editing, uploading, and archiving of live streams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Manages the maintenance of in-house studio facilities and oversees the program schedule management

Good stakeholder management and able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Strong communication skill both in Bahasa and English

Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia

Performs other duties as assigned

Have an understanding of broadcast software and hardware required for live-streaming operations

4 - 5 years of experience in live broadcasting or TV production environment with a focus on directing techniques/management.

Design and manage an Esports streaming technical infrastructure that maximizes stability across a large geographic area and optimizes for remote broadcast.

Knowledge of technological, media, and cultural trends.

Serve as the gatekeeper and PIC for all changes to the Esports tournament environment including new implementations.

Be the point of contact for esports streaming operations or any broadcast interrupting issues.

Work with Production and Engineering to help implement new broadcast technologies and improvements to existing features across the portfolio.
