岗位职责：

1. 负责游戏主播的招募及挖掘工作，多渠道拓展优质主播数量，达成签约合作；

2. 负责针对各主播直播情况、主播特性，主导输出扶持方案及政策，帮助主播提高直播间在线观看人数、活跃度等，对主播游戏引流数据负责；

3. 制定并实施主播考评规则和激励政策，对项目新增、活跃、付费负责；

4. 负责游戏直播活动的策划和落地，能用创新和高效的直播活动方案帮助主播成长；

5. 负责对公会运营情况进行数据监控和分析、研究平台政策规则，提出合理化改进建议。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment and excavation of live streaming hosts, expanding the number of high-quality hosts through multiple channels, and reaching contract cooperation;
2. Responsible for creating the policies and training programs according to each host's characteristics and live room situation, helping the host to increase the live room traffic, and responsible for host data drainage;
3. Formulate and implement host evaluation rules and incentive policies, and be responsible for new projects, activities, and payments;
4. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the event policies in live streaming, carry out innovative and efficient live streaming event plans in help for the hosts to keep growing;
5. Responsible for data monitoring and analysis of the operation of the guild, research on platform policies and rules, and put forward rationalized suggestions for improvement.

任职资格：

1. 中英文可作为沟通语言；
2. 本科及以上学历，有娱乐向直播运营或公会管理经验者优先；
3. 具备较强的责任心，良好的抗压能力和沟通协调能力。

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual in English and Chinese is required, to communicate with internal stakeholders
2. Bachelor degree or above, experience in live streaming operation or guild management is preferred;
3. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills.
