About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and evaluate performance of the security provide and its guards as well as advice management regarding security matters
• Maintain good communication contacts with governmental, union Leaders and others with respect to employee - Industrial Relations matters.
• Assist Admin Manager, PM/Deputy PM to plan, lead, organize and control the role of staff HR, Training, Industrial relation, recruitment, Community Development, Security and Transportation
• Responsible for HR Operations in project and make sure that i mplementation of corporate HR policies and procedure are worked properly;
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations and Thiess policy.
• Manage the process of performance review (PDR’s)
• Manage the Medical Entitlements and Rehabilitation program.
• Manage terminations/PHK
• Contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the HR activity and positive team work environmental at all times
• Identify, conduct training programs, and develop appropriate human resource development programs in conjunction with the training department.
• Ensure all employee data up to date and accurate.
• Avoid situations resulting in a conflict of interest, bribery or the use of inducements to secure business.
• Communication with Management, Superintendents and Supervisors.
• Maintaining close contacts with the Local Government, Manpower Department , Police Officials, Jamsostek, Army, Government Legislative to get support to solve the all the problem which related with community and employees.
• Make HR reports, reports and liaison with manpower and monthly reports.
• Maintain HR Policy & Procedure accurately.
• Provide consultation and advice to all tine management with respect to Human Resource and Industrial Relation matters.

About you

• Have a good understanding / proficient in contemporary HR Management Issues, Employee Legislation, Recruitment methodologies. Human Resource Information systems
• Willingness to be hired as local worker in Batam
• Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, Economic, Business or Psychology.
• Having work experiences in same position in leading a team (5 years), Industrial Relations (7 Years) & Recruitment ( 5 years)
