About The Role

Assist Manage recruitment activities.

Contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.

Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Assist Senior HR-BP to plan, lead, organize and control the HR actions and Medical matter.

On going success and achievement of the HR activity and positive team work environmental at all times.

Implement corporate HR policies and procedure from corporate HR department.

About You

• Having work experiences in same position in leading a team (3 years), Industrial Relations (3 Years) & Recruitment ( 3 years)
• Willingness to be hired as local worker in Batam
• Have a good understanding / proficient in contemporary HR Management Issues, Employee Legislation, Recruitment methodologies. Human Resource Information systems
• Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, Economic, Business or Psychology.
