About The Role

• Ensure Integrity of JDE Asset Master setup
• Coaching staffs under organisation chart for development of organisation in Plant Costing and Administration Functions
• Assist with all assets related audits – External, Taxation, Custom, and Ad Hoc.
• Reviewing plant journal adjustments and ensure complete and accurate allocation.
• Managing daily Plant Administration including plant movement, asset disposal, asset capitalisation.
• Deliver Plant Management Reporting on time and accuracy.
• Leasing process management when require.
• Reviewing General Ledger reconciliation
• Ad hoc reporting
• Highlight and propose procedural improvement.
• Management analysis on month end results and on special projects
• This position responsible & accountable to assist with the managing Plant Administration operation related to JDE Asset Management, Assets Reporting, General Ledger, Costing & Plant Overhead review, Forecasting, other financial and administration functions associated with plant administration in Batam

About you

What skills and experience do you need?

• Degree in Accounting or similar
• Computer Skill (intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Financial Management
• Corporate reporting and management analysis
• Over 5 years experience related with financial roles
• Expert with ERP/JDE systems
• Willingness to be hired as local worker in Batam
• Knowledge and skilled about leadership and interpersonal
