Asst. Finance Business Partner Manager (Area Based)

Role: Business partnering with Sales & Distributor Team to ensure:

• Distributors have healthy profitability (Distributor Profitability) by analyzing profitability loss tree, prepare plan improvement, and drive recommendations
• Distributors have regular payment based on its invoice due and not leaving overdue status every month closing (Debtor Management)
• Distributors have asset pledged as security for repayment of loan, in case of default situation (Business Collateral

Qualification

• Fluent in English
• Good communication skill
• Bachelor's degree from reputable university with minimum 1-3 year working experience in similar role
• Having experience in FMCG industry is preferably
• Able to work individually or in team
