Job responsibilities

1. Ensuring all Visa/Mastercard credit / debit card claims have been resolved in accordance with the predetermined SOP & service Level.

2. Ensuring all reports to the Bank's Internal parties are fulfilled in accordance with the set time.

3. Make a budget (OPEX & Capex) which is prepared in accordance with business developments.

4. Reviewing and monitoring the imposition of costs related to divisional operations.

5. Checking the completion of forms related to Purchase Requests, Service Equipment/IT Request Analysis Forms, Change Request Forms, Cost Review Forms and Budget Transfer Forms (if needed).

6. Carry out the UAT Compliance Visa / Mastercard process and adhoc projects.

7. Monitoring and reconciliation of transaction dispute claims.

8. Make reports related to transaction disputes and reconciliation

9. Ensuring the process of uploading Point Redemption and reviewing credit card Invoice Point Redemption.

10. Withdrawal of Visa and Mastercard Settlement Reports.

11. Report daily GL Monitoring.

12. Back up the Card Settlement process.
