2. Ensuring all reports to the Bank's Internal parties are fulfilled in accordance with the set time.

6. Carry out the UAT Compliance Visa / Mastercard process and adhoc projects.

Strategic managerial level reporting to BoD

Bachelor of Law, with minimum of 8 PQE

Excellent English commands (verbal and written, reporting line is an expat)

Proven experience in a client relation/ complaint management/ customer success/ operation/ project or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Prepare reports summarizing the issues, investigative findings, and recommended solutions for review by team leaders or management.

Proficiency in using technology tools and software for case management, data analysis, and reporting.

Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing information, knowledge, and expertise to support each other in resolving issues.

Experienced in TPA/ Health Insurance Industry is a must
