Job Description

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English language Ability to work full-time with US hours

CUSTOMER SERVICE (9AM-5PM EST) - Full Time

Salary: 12,800,000 IDR/month


Responsibilities

Assist customers with shipping issues, tracking, and general service questions. Respond to customer inquiries through email, video calls, and appointment calls.


Qualifications

  • Native level english fluency.
  • Able to work in graveyard shift (US business hours)
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Health/Nutrition/Sauna background is a plus
  • Indonesian
  • Excellent attitude and communication skills.
