Job Description
Purpose Of The Role
ATI Business looking for a Customer Service-Billback staff to assist one of our client's operations, as you will track billback invoices and follow up with the suppliers, assisting the customers in using the client's tools and handling customer's billback inquiries.

  • Maintain precise records.
  • Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
  • Proactively contact suppliers as needed to ensure payment of outstanding billback invoices.
  • Conduct tracking, follow-up, and collection of billback invoices.
  • Assisting the customers with answering inquiries or using the client's tools
  • Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
  • Ensure that all work is processed according to the team's minimum standard.
Requirement
  • Have a hospitality or travel industry background
  • Have 2+ years of working experience in Customer Service with English communication skill
  • Excellent communication skill in English
  • Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Willing to work in shifting mode including public holidays
