How did it all start?


Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the


bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)


in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the


country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,


Tunaiku.

Responsibility:


  • Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual report for any stakeholders
  • Handling end to end process of employee loan benefit, contract extension, and related task
  • Managing employee data on HRIS
  • Acting as a helpdesk officer for compensation & benefit program
  • Maintaining all paperwork task in related with Compensation & Benefit
Requirement:


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
  • Have knowledge about HR Management, Indonesia Social Security, Employee Benefit, PPh 21 and other HR Operational field
  • Have a good communication skill and ability to work both individual or in a team
  • 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Willingness to learn new skill and experience
