Chief Financial Officer Jobs

Our client is an International private education institution, with over 20 years old presence in Jakarta. They are seeking a proactive and autonomous CFO to be part of their mission to provide quality education that empowers students for success in a rapidly evolving world. This role covers not only finance, but as well legal and facility management.

Responsibilities:

- Take a proactive and hands-on approach to managing the Finance & Accounting functions, ensuring financial stability and efficient resource allocation.

- Oversee Facility Management to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of our educational facilities.

- Provide guidance and support to supporting departments (HR, IT, etc.) to optimize their performance and ensure cohesive operations across the organization.

- Act as the main point of contact for the Ministry of Education, liaising with them on matters of compliance and maintaining a positive relationship.

- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Skills and Requirements:

- Good understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.

- Fluent in English.

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in Finance & Accounting, with a track record of successful financial management.

- Strong background in Facility Management, ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of educational facilities.

- Ability to oversee and provide guidance to supporting departments, such as HR and IT, fostering collaboration and optimizing their performance.

- Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective liaison with the Ministry of Education.
