Job Description

This placement requires candidates to work in Jakarta or Balikpapan.

s:

  • Handle customer orders professionally, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers in the assigned region.
  • Monitor progress towards sales targets for the region, and take necessary action to ensure achievement of set goals.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, contractors, and architects.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Educate customers about our product range, including the benefits and applications of our various types of cement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking and securing new ones.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in Chinese or Mandarin (At least able to speak).
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • This placement requires candidates to work in Jakarta or Balikpapan.
  • Willing to follow a roster work schedule with12 days off every 3 calendar months.
  • Willing to travel for domestic or international business trips.
  • Willing to do field sales, and still in good health.
