Establish, enhance, and implement the human resources and administrative management system of the company.

Take charge of the company's brand management and corporate culture promotion efforts.

To accompany Mill Head as Mandarin Interpreter (oral & written)

Responsible for supporting MBOS team (continous improvement)

Gaji pokok awal (6 bulan percobaan): IDR 8,000,000.

Setelah enam bulan bekerja, penyesuaian gaji sesuai evaluasi perusahaan.

Penyesuaian gaji dimulai dari angka minimum IDR 20,000,000 - 40,000,000 (termasuk insentif penjualan).

Tiket pesawat disediakan setiap tiga bulan (Bisa di-cairkan bila tidak digunakan).

Makanan tiga kali sehari disediakan.

Tunjangan pendidikan, tunjangan area terpencil (dinas), dan tunjangan pulsa.

Bachelor degree in any major

Coordinate and manage facility management activities, such as office space planning, lease agreements, and building maintenance.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Oversee and manage daily office operations, including office supplies, maintenance, and security.

Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and conferences.

Proven experience in general affairs, office administration, or related roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department as a Lawyer or in Trading industry.

Solid knowledge of commercial, coroprate legal and law.

Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral in English is a must

Draft and review commercial agreements, both international and local agreements.

Analyze and identify legal risk of any activity performed by any unit of the company.

If requested, to act for and on behalf of the company in the litigation (both court and arbitration) proceedings.s.

Having 2+ years related working experiences in finance field

Bachelor degree or above in finance / accounting / bnking or equivalent

Do checking bank mutation and company sales transactions periodically

Responsible on invoices, internal audits, and internal financial documents

Managing the company investment funds

Accustomed to analyze financial data and reports in daily basis

Berpengalaman dalam perawatan dan perbaikan sipil, elektrik, dan pipa saluran air (General Service)

Memiliki pengetahuan terkait pemeliharaan fasilitas umum, kantor, housing serta infrastruktur umum

Familiar dengan perencanaan, pelaporan, dan penetapan prosedur kerja
