As a Business Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying and closing new opportunities. Your technical knowledge and consultative selling approach will contribute to the success of our business by generating revenue from both new and existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully navigate complex negotiations with senior executives, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and optimize food ingredient formulations, ensuring product excellence.
• Engage in successful lead generation, building long-term relationships with customers and delivering sales growth.
• Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing food ingredients, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Practical experience with food ingredient formulation, processing, and applications through internships or academic projects.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of working experience in the food industry are encouraged to apply.
