1. Creating a strategic plan and package for SMM's business in order to collaborate with brands

2. Using our 6 Main Services, we pitch, influence, and provide solutions.

3. Upholding and pampering the prospect plan in order to boost the combined sales GMV of all brands.

4. Analyzing and researching the joined brands in terms of their offerings, costs, public perception, rivals, and connecting to the best services.

5. Creating an objective strategy, allocating funds, estimating results, and communicating expectations to brands (using KOL campaign content, SPAM content, live exclusives, and managing brand accounts on social media).

6. Examining and enhancing the SMM's weapons, such as its key opinion leaders (KOLs) and creators, as well as their own vital powers of awareness and engagement, as well as their ability to influence and sell across each product category.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships amongst brands for long-term collaborations that result in high-quality outcomes.
