Business Developer Manager - Commodity

PT. Medan Bioenergy Nusantara (MBN) is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material - primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) for biodiesel production as well as Biodiesel itself.

We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for biofuel production. We bulk, store, blend and deliver these volumes to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.

We are looking forBusiness Developer Manager - Commodity,with details below:

• Developing the regional supply portfolio, establishing new collection points in the region, developing partnerships with suppliers, and procuring assets;
• Build a long term partnership with business partners;
• Increase and develop the supply volumes at our origin sites across Indonesia;
• Identify and contact suitable partners across industry for UCO, POME, Wood Pellets, HACPO to develop route to market
• Identify, prospect, negotiate and closing deals in aggressive time frame;
• Develop relationships with sub-suppliers to grow volumes
• Drive the commercial performance and optimization of each of the origin locations in the region;

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in developing and managing clients
• Bachelor's degree of any major
• Proven experience in sales, achieving target,
• Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
• Candidates with Commodity background will be prioritized
