Business Analyst - Gomart

About The Role

Gojek is looking for a Business Analyst to join our groceries business (GoMart), where you'll be responsible to analyze our business process, products, services to develop them in a much more sustainable and long-term manner. You'll be a part of the GoMart Team, where we have built and grown our platform to be the market leader in convenient and reliable online grocery shopping.

As the Business Analyst for GoMart, your efforts will help build a much superior reliable service to ensure the end-to-end process and provide a seamless experience for our merchants, driver-partners, and customers. You'll be working with cross functional teams, from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to evaluate business process, define problems, identify gaps, and provide solutions to sustain the growth of GoMart

What You Will Do

• Develop optimisation of business process through acts of streamlining such as dashboard creation and automation
• Provide data requests and insightful analysis to help cater business needs
• Identify the gaps and provide solutions
• Partner and collaborate across functions (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy), as well as other products and platforms inside the GoTo ecosystem
• Evaluate process, define problems or issues, and uncover areas for further improvement

What You Will Need

• Bonus points if you have experience in online groceries or similar industry
• Experienced in SQL with hands on exposures in data and analysis tools (BigQuery, Metabase, GDS)
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or other similar roles
• Ability to work effectively within an ambiguous environment
• Confident communicator in verbal and written English
• Ability to work confidently and comfortable with multiple internal and external stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and ensuring everyone’s on the same page
• An entrepreneurial mentality with a can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
