About Our Client
The client is one of the leading F&B players in Indonesia.

• Monitor and analyze automation performance data to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Foster a culture of automation adoption and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of automation solutions.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on process complexity, potential benefits, and feasibility.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, software, and technologies based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to define the automation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Strategy Development:
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation systems with existing infrastructure and ensure data security and integrity.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Assess current business processes and identify areas where automation can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
• Regularly report on automation performance, benefits achieved, and return on investment (ROI) to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to refine automation processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and HR, to understand their automation needs and provide guidance on automation initiatives.
• Project Management:
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and develop automation solutions, including workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and other relevant automation technologies.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on automation concepts, tools, and processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Automation Implementation:
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to automation projects.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, including RPA, workflow automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Based in Jakarta, but heavy travelling (at least once a month travel, can be up to 2 weeks)
• Needs to understand Siemens PLC / operating system
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in automation management, process optimization, or related roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
