Experience with programming other brands is an advantage.

Experience in the configuration and installation of fieldbus systems in either of the following: Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS and Ethernet/IP.

Experience in design of control systems for factory, OEM or from systems integration industries.

Knowledge in sensors, closed-loop control, electrical component selection and I/O systems.

Very good programming skills using Allen-Bradley or Siemens.

Design and programming of PLC control systems (using Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems) for pharmaceutical-containment equipment and clean-room devices.

Menguasai preventif dan kuratif maintenance, otomatisasi system, & electrical skill

Berpengalaman 5 tahun dalam membuat program PLC

Memahami kelistrikan arus kuat dan arus lemah

Dapat membaca dan membuat detail wiring diagram kontrol kelistrikan

Berpengalaman di perusahaan perkayuan lebih disukai

Membuat, membaca, menganalisa program PLC, serta penanganan permasalahan pada program PLC

Proven experience (at least 5 years) in automation management, process optimization, or related roles.

Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with senior management to define the automation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on process complexity, potential benefits, and feasibility.

Manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants.

1. Mengembangkan program PLC menggunakan logika ladder dan bahasa pemrograman terkait.

2. Memastikan sistem kontrol otomatis berfungsi dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan.

3. Memelihara dan memperbarui program PLC sesuai kebutuhan.

Mengidentifikasi masalah dan melakukan pemecahan masalah yang berkaitan dengan PLC.

4. Merancang dan mengimplementasikan perubahan dan peningkatan pada sistem kontrol otomatis.

6. Melakukan pengujian dan verifikasi sistem kontrol otomatis yang baru dikembangkan atau yang telah diubah.

Knowledge and/or experience with controls, instruments, drives and other process field equipment is considered an advantage.

Experience developing and implementing Process Control Systems is considered a benefit.

Minimal 5 years’ of experience with Siemens TIA portal and/or Aveva System platform.

Vocational level or equivalent experience on level of Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, IT, Electronics or Mechatronics.

Strong communication skills preferably in both local mother tongue and English

Willingness to travel outside Jakarta during commissioning.

• Minimum 2 years working experiences in PLC engineering / programming field

• Good technical skills in PLC / SCADA and familiar with TIA Portal

• Minimum associate / bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related field

• Able to communicate in English, hard worker, dynamic, willing to travel and loves challenges
