Job Description


  • Preparing appraisal reports under the guidance of senior appraisers.
  • Providing administrative support to the appraisal team as needed.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating databases related to the support of valuation data.
  • Assisting with appraisal tasks, including collecting data, researching comparable properties, and analyzing market trends in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Conducting inspections and taking detailed notes.


Requirements


  • Good knowledge in Basic Accounting and Financial Accounting with proficiency in English both written and verbal are mandatory
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Fresh Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Economic, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
