Minimum 4 years experience in property/real estate/facility management industry

Bachelor's degree in Property Management

Foster and sustain connections with property managers and occupants.

Create property assessment reports and formulate future development strategies.

Compile financial evaluations of the organization's property assets.

Have a strong understanding in property regulation

Experience at least 5 years in managerial level to handle property

Managing asset property, especially for operations and leasing, and also coordinate with other team for this purpose

Creating strategy to attract and choose tenant that will using company's property

Generate revenue by optimalize property usage

Assist the chief of strategy by recapping and reporting company's asset from analysis report

Will be directly reporting to chief of strategy

Melakukan pencarian dan pembelian mobil untuk dibeli sebagai stok unit Caroline.id

Melakukan inspeksi mobil sesuai SOP di lokasi customer dan di lokasi kantor cabang

Melakukan input data leads beli kendaraan sesuai SOP

Membuat laporan pembelian kepada tim Centralize Purchase & Inventory

Membantu mobilisasi kendaraan beli / jual jika diperlukan

Fresh Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Economic, or Industrial Engineering.
