Manage day-to-day projects in a timely manner, ensuring that deliverables are met within the accuracy

3-5 Years of experience in SME/Commercial Lending

Experience in banking and financing industry with lending risk portfolios is preferred

Grow portfolios of lending customers (institutional/corporation), and maintain the relationship with assigned clients.

Attract new customers and educate them about commercial/SME Lending program that can support them to boost their business

Proactively implement strategies to monitor and enhance existing and new relationships

Fresh Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Economic, or Industrial Engineering.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Good knowledge in Basic Accounting and Financial Accounting with proficiency in English both written and verbal are mandatory

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.

Assisting with appraisal tasks, including collecting data, researching comparable properties, and analyzing market trends in a timely manner.
