Advanced Manufacturing department from Telemecanique Sensors is hiring an Assembly process and quality Industrialization Engineer for our Offer creation Project and also for a few other Brand Labelling projects and existing offer maintenance

Your main missions will comprise of:

• Define the assembly steps, late differentiation and assembly times.
• Define the targeted cost for new offers
• For local projects, Define Part quality instruction risque analysis, control plan and risque analysis, and provide documentation (CQCS)
• Define the assembly lines and benches architecture with associated flows
• Install and transfer to the manufacturing plant all assembly and testing equipment
• Being one of the main actors of the product /offer development and optimize product/process match with all assembly feasibility, testing and settings.
• Perform (rarely) some external audit to process partner or supplier
• Quote, drive and manage the suppliers of all the assembly tools, benches up to qualification
• Write manufacturing/line specification and qualification plan
• Participate actively to process qualification on site before transfer to method/quality team in plant.
• Training of manufacturing plant and work on production ramp up
• Propose Industrial scenarios for the offer mastering and managing the budgets.
• Animate and participate strongly on FMEAs processes + all methods of product development and industrialization.

Profession domain :

• Guaranty the technology plan and watch for new offer manufacturing in projects
• Broadcast your skills on technical and industrial topics, sharing the knowhow
• Bring your technical and industrial expertise to the design, purchasing, quality, plant and to the (other) Advanced manufacturing team
• You could be sometimes requested to perform Industrial internal audit or to external suppliers (Brand labelling)

Qualifications

Qualifications -

Electro-mechanical or Generalist Engineer

Experience on field is a must have. (Industrialization, Method Maintenance…)

Experience on electromechanical product

Fluent English speaking required

Pre- requisite-

If you like being autonomous, taking decisions and actions by yourself on Project with strong Capex and business challenges bringing your strong technical and industrial experience.

Fluent in English is a must have, and Indonesian would be a bonus.
