Are you a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive looking for an exciting opportunity to excel in your career? PasarMIKRO, a leading, and Number 1 Agricultural Commodity Trading in Indonesia is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in the West Java region.
Position: Area Sales Executive - West Java
Location: West Java, Indonesia
The ideal candidate will build a team and define the company's user acquisition and onboarding strategy for specific areas in Java Island to expand PasarMIKRO's users reach and revenue. He/she will also be responsible to represent the company in front of the agriculture/farming communities and act as their voice for us to keep enhancing the product and be able to answer their business/operations issues.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth in the West Java region
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients
·Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and support
·Champion the Product: Understand the product on how to acquire and onboard users into the platform as well as maintain their overall experience.
·Goals Oriented: Have a clear and efficient budget and processes to achieve the company's target. Responsible to generate weekly & monthly reports for its planning and realization.
·Own the market: Understand where the opportunities are and how to close it. Accountable to build, manage and continuously improve relationships with users and local stakeholders.
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
·Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset to get things done with a proven track record of delivering numbers
·Knowledge of the West Java market and local business landscape
·At least 5 years of work experience in related industries: Agriculture, Banking, and/or Fin-tech
·Ability to communicate in Local Dialects & English
·Willing to be on the field.
