Area Operation Manager - Restaurant

The Area Manager F&B will be fully responsible for the management of all assigned restaurants to ensure the achievement of sales, standards and profits.
The person we expect

• Review sales daily and analyze sales trends. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps, and work with the restaurant manager to identify an action plan to close the gaps.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure problems or problems have been fully resolved according to the completion target
• Coordinate with other work units (QA, HCM, Finance, Marketing, Projects, etc.) to improve the performance of the restaurants they manage.
• Communicate, monitor and follow up to ensure the implementation of the effectiveness of the Marketing Program as well as the implementation of new products and other public relations programs.
• High integrity, work in a structured and measurable manner
• Monitor and maintain the highest level of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Occupational health & safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance and measure achievement of KPI targets.
• Report to senior executives on progress and problems
• Recruit and select qualified restaurant managers/supervisors based on the needs of the restaurant
• Determine Sales Targets for each assigned restaurant to ensure all restaurants have clear targets every day and every month
• Prepare Manpower Plan at restaurant manager/supervisor level
• Communicate well with all restaurant managers/supervisors in assigned areas. Ensure that all managers/supervisors have a clear understanding of their targets and are on the same business goals and direction.
• Ensure all team members are properly trained and pass all training processes
• Prepare a restaurant management plan to ensure management standards, quality and costs are on budget or on schedule.
• Solve problems and provide the right direction to increase profits for the restaurant
• Train and develop leadership skills of restaurant managers/supervisors and ensure they can apply their knowledge and skills to improve business performance
• Position for Jabodetabek, but can be relocated elsewhere
• Brave and firm in applying work discipline to Ensuring compliance with company operational policies and guidelines
• Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Background That Can Support This Role

• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Bachelor degree or higher in any field
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
• Proven experience as an area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role in the fast food industry.
• Good understanding of optimizing store operations and standards for success
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of ERP software
