Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Inventory
  • Responsible to manage Restaurant: People, Quality of Product & Services, Profit & Loss, with details
  • Ensure Product Quality
  • Responsible top ensure Good Services to the Customer
  • Ensure the capability of team in terms of skill and services
  • Manage Inventory (Stock Opname and Create PO/PR)
  • Monitoring efectiveness of team shift schedule


Qualifications

  • Able to speak english
  • Placement in Medan
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proven track manage good profit restaurant
  • People oriented & Leadership skill
  • Good Analytical Thinking
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • At least 1-2 years' of full-service Restaurant Manager
  • Able to operate computer
