Responsibilities

• Monitor and following up DevOps Jira
• Made a presentation slide
• Review and made an improvement on Incident ticketing tools
• Review, coordination with SME team, and update the end of support/life asset remediation

Requirements

• Have good communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa and English.
• Possess good knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work well with people.
• Experience in data processing and making reports in Excel.
• Time Management and Attention to Details.
• Committed to do 6 months internship.
• Final year or fresh graduates from any major.
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area.
