Work you will do

As an analyst in this engaging & growing team, you will have the opportunity to tap into state of the art technologies such as, Cloud Apps – within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA and Business Transformation. Be prepared to be trained, to get certified and indulge in hands on experience across industries on these platforms.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Analyze and act on request or incidents (simple) raised by the client for their ERP application and resolve it within the agreed SLA and with quality with guidance from senior team members.
• Partake in any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organization
• Able to perform periodic system task.
• Actively document new issues as a knowledge base
• Deliver simple enhancements (low risk configuration or technical changes) within the agreed timeframe and with quality.
• Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS process & procedures that are developed.

• Willing to work on shift basis
• Willing to work based on Client’s business work days and office hours.
• Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis
• Bachelor’s degree in any Computer Science/Information Technology. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Having taken a relevant ERP related subject in college/university or have interned with exposure to the relevant ERP application will be an added advantage
• Ability to travel if required, i.e. to be placed at Client’s site for the project
• Curious, creative, pro-active and always seeking out new challenges.
• Possess good analytic thinking
