Create and solve problem management tickets to manage repeating incidents and ensure implementation of solutions to fix the root cause.

Minimum 2 years experience in IT.

Experience in application problem solving or working in an ITIL environment.

Experience in supporting applications with .Net & PHP based.

Experience in supporting applications by analysing data in SQL Database using query language.

Experience in supporting SAP (module SD, IM, WM, PE, MM, PP, TMS, EWM) are preferable

- Gathering business requirement from customer

- Having Knowledge in E-procurement process minimal 2 years

- Experience in minimum 2 full cycles of Enterprise Application implementation.

- Minimum 5 years experience in the same role.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

Solution Analyst / Business & Technical Analyst

Minimum 3-4 years work experience in Finance / Accounting operation or Project implementation

Strong knowledge in basic Accounting principle and finance operation

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Good communication skill to deal with multiple stakeholders

Experienced with business process improvement or system/ERP implementation is a plus

Have minimum 3 years’ Experience in instructional design and project management or in Banking Industry

Your key responsibilities will include:

Problem Understanding and Solution Development by gaining a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and challenges.

Analyze raw data and extract meaningful insights to identify potential solutions.

Advanced training in IT Service Management e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards, and other related qualifications desirable

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Service Management in related and comparable positions

Experience in the management of projects, especially in international environments

Experience in Application Management and Service Delivery

Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral) at all management levels

Responsible for stable, efficient, and effective service delivery operations for Application Management.
