Suzuverse Indonesia is a leading company in the field of NFT/Blockchain/metaverse. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Assistant to CEO to join our team and support our CEO in various tasks.
Responsibility
•Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
•Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
•Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
•Conducting research and analysis on relevant topics and providing summaries and recommendations
•Performing other administrative and personal tasks as assigned by the CEO
Requirement
•A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
•At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or a similar role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
•Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure and tight deadlines
•A keen interest and knowledge of NFT/Blockchain/metaverse
