Accounting Manager Jobs

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
•month and end-year process
•accounts payable/receivable
•cash receipts
•fixed asset activity
•debt activity
2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
4. Coordinate and complete annual audits
5. Provide recommendations
6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
7. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
8. Meet financial accounting objectives
Requirements
1.Having good knowledge about General Accounting, Tax Regulation, Financial System & Procedure, Consolidated Financial Statement, Financial Analyst
2.Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
3.Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
4.Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, cash flow analysis, understanding and monitoring business activities.
5.Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
6.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
7.Create report and filing administrative documents for finance and accounting.
8.Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
9.High attention to detail and accuracy.
10.Ability to direct and supervise.
11.Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia and English.
12.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
