Factory Manager Jobs

A Factory inCanggu, Bali,is looking for a talented and enthusiasticFactory Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day factory operations
• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Estimate workshop set-up costs (furniture, machines, etc.)
• Contract rent agreement with the building owner
• Lead estimations for renovations
• Work with Project Director and local manager to find buildings in the Celuk area
• Establish processes and contracts for hiring artisans or workers
• Plan financials for running the workshop
• Financial tracking and reporting to top management

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask and a hands-on personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to work long term
• Ability to work independently with high levels of proactivity
• Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
• Proven work experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar role in a furniture or manufacturing company
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Indonesian citizen
• Knowledgeable about how International factories work
