We Are Looking for a Factory Manager placement in Sidoarjo!

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

2. At least 3 years of experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry

3. Strong leadership and communication skills

4. Have a knowledge of Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, 5S and Kaizen

5. Have certified of Green Belt is an added value

6. Understand the concept of project management

Responsibilities

1. Fully control, process and coordinate the personnel management of the production, warehouse and distribution department

2. Make production plans and tasks, arrange and control the progress of production operations

3. Track the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, and complete the production target on time

4. Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality

5. Monitor standard operation methods to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production site
