Finanace Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support business requests from a finance perspective
• Lead the integration of new businesses with the corporate and local accounting system from a finance perspective
• Manage all accounting operations in corporate accounting systems, including timely financial statements and regulatory reporting
• Ensure quality control of financial transactions and reporting, including all consolidated accounting modules
• Support month and year-end close processes
• Regularly reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Manage all requests to and from local tax advisors and outsourcers, including payroll and social package providers
• Lead all financial processes and procedures, including purchasing for local entities and doc flow for local and management accounting

Qualifications

• Forward-thinking approach with a commitment to improving management accounting processes
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting and tax
• Experience min FAT Supervisor
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills
• Willing to be place in Cibubur
• Experience with general ledger functions and month/year-end close processes
• Advanced Excel proficiency
