Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

We are looking for a strong Accounting & Finance Manager!

Katalys Partners is an impact investment and venture building company in Jakarta & Bali across various sectors (a mix of PMA and Indonesian owned and run PT). We provide a range of services to these companies, including accounting and tax support.

We are looking for that can help us relieve the burden of accounting and financial analysis.

This position key activities will be accounting and tax submission to the Indonesian government, as well as performing financial analyses such as profitability analysis.

The job will be a combination of remote and in-person, but mostly in Bali. Work travel may be required from time to time.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Strong computer skills (fast and blind typing, Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, online accounting software)
• Worked with external clients before (e.g. current or former Big4)
• Excellent English speaking skills
• Energetic, pro-active, hands-on and shows initiative
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced and exciting working environment
• Strong understanding of how the P&L, CFS and BS interact to tell a story about the business
• Really strong with accounting, numbers, and a 'never stop before it's right' attitude

The team is small and therefore this position will require a candidate who is looking to take responsibility, learn a lot, and show a commitment to excellence.

Absolute requirements:

• Can do quarterly PMA investment report online filing
• Comfortable to do monthly & annual government online tax filing and BPJS for companies and individuals (Dirjen Pajak website and BPJS)
• Have worked with online accounting software such as Jurnal, ZipBooks, QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.
• 5+ years professional accounting and finance experience, preferably from a Big4 in accounting & finance
• Eager to learn, not shy and pro-active
• Advanced Accounting and/or Finance degree ()
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Expected starting salary range is IDR 10-15m, which can grow over time when the candidate shows strong performance and takes on more responsibilities
