Job Description

s:

  • Create delivery orders and reseller invoices.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing cash flow
  • Process payment transfers, cek/giro, and payroll
  • Analysis of ROI marketing ads
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Making daily until monthly sales reports
  • Monitoring of marketplace accounts receivable; shopee, tiktokshop, etc.
  • Making cash flow reports, revenue overview and budgeting
  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system


Requirements:

  • Working hours Monday-Saturday
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Candidate must possess at leastBachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Experienced in retail/ FMCG company would be an advantage
  • Willing to be place in Cibubur
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
