Job Description

Finance & Accounting (PAID INTERNSHIP)


s:


  • Assist in preparing reports of financial reports monthly & quarterly
  • Assist to create petty cash report monthly
  • Assist to checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions
  • Assist in data entry & filling documents
  • Support on collecting proof of payment from customer & send invoice/billing to customer
  • Assist to create and verify Invoice & Purchase Order into the accounting system (Microsoft 365 ERP system)


Requirements:


  • Willing to learn new things
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Final-year students or Fresh graduates in Finance/Accounting are also welcomed.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, working as a team, and pay attention to detail.
  • Able to join as soon as possible
  • Duration: 5 months of full-time internship
  • Understand accountant journals & taxes.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa (you will work closely with Singapore HQ Team)
  • Placement at Cakung, East Jakarta
